Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases and subscriptions made through GoHawkesBay (GOHB.co.nz) are final. We do not offer refunds for cancelled subscriptions or services, except where required by law. If you wish to cancel your subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Access will remain available until the period you have paid for expires.

 

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, except as required by law.

 

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. You will continue to have access to your account and services until your paid term expires. No partial refunds will be provided for early cancellation.
